The benefits of tech

During a time when many opinions regarding technology are expressed, one factor will always appear: our daily health benefits. We live in a world where one person’s opinion is constantly evolving and circling around multiple components, whether it be politics, sports or celebrity drama, but there is one aspect that evolves without our help, our daily technology. This has led to tech having powerful effects on health.

But both of these factors—health & technology—have caused a deficiency in obesity. Here enters the health factor. The cause of the obesity/health factor is caused by a spike in the use of technology.

Technology has now become an easy way to access certain information. For example, there is now a reduced time to get the info needed and relay it back as well as working quickly. Another benefit is being able to type out every word instead of handwriting on paper.

Technology also increases the wide range of efficiency. Take a person’s grammar: now, through online communication with friends and family members across long distances, one can learn new words through internet communication or looking up the words. We have ways to travel faster because of GPS and cars. There are electric scooters and bikes which facilitate a key way to get to places locally. Because of GPS and cars, traveling has been made easier because of how the GPS shows us faster routes.

We can exercise and lose weight by having watches that track our movements and apps to help us stay fit. For example, there are tracking features on your phone to log how many steps one takes in a day from walking or jogging. There are bionic legs for stroke patients and electric wheelchairs. This was created by the benefit of people working hard to improve the life of the disabled. With both of these incredible factors combined, this makes for a fantastic recipe for saving lives.

Technology does not make us lazy by having us practice grammar and word skills, and helps us keep up with our everyday steps. Technology can save lives in the medical field. We can do anything we want with a few clicks on our screens, meaning that we would not be here today without technology.
