This acrylic piece was inspired by a couple that was getting married outside the Santa Barbara courthouse. They had 2 dogs that were dressed up as bride and groom just like them, they were so cute! I decided to paint the dog bride with myself in the background, taking pictures of them. The background was very pretty, it had an arch with cherry blossom trees all around. I really wanted to capture all of the details of the dog with the pearls and flowing white dress.
