Our artistic inspirations come from the interview of Tejinder Singh who gave us descriptions about what the time looked like from a first hand perspective. Through the use of technology as our medium, the vibrant colors of the two nations, and the details within the painting, we really hope that people can see how devastating the partition was, how it still affects people today, and how people have healed over time.
